Please include:
- Mossh version.
- iOS or iPadOS version.
- Device model.
- A short description of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible.
Do not send SSH passwords, private keys, API tokens, production server logs, or other secrets.
Common Checks
If a connection fails:
- Confirm the host, port, and username.
- Confirm the SSH server is reachable from the network your device is using.
- Confirm the selected authentication method matches the server configuration.
- If the host key changed, verify the fingerprint out of band before trusting it.
- If reconnecting after backgrounding, bring Mossh back to the foreground and retry.
If Mossh Pro is not unlocked after purchase:
- Open the Mossh Pro screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Confirm you are signed in with the Apple ID that purchased Mossh Pro.
